Five Arrested After Camden BBQ Shooting Leaves Four Injured
Police have arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder over a shocking shooting in Camden last weekend that left four people injured. The latest arrest, made on Friday 20 August, is the fifth in the chilling case.

- Tuesday 17 August: 22-year-old man arrested for possession of a firearm with intent.
- Wednesday 16 August: Two teenagers arrested — a 16-year-old boy for possession of an offensive weapon, robbery and possession of a firearm with intent; and a 17-year-old boy for possession with intent to supply and possession of a firearm with intent.
- Thursday 19 August: Another 22-year-old man arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent.
All five suspects have been bailed until mid-September while investigations continue.
Gunshots Erupt at Camden BBQ – Four Hurt
The terrifying incident happened just before 10:10pm on Saturday 14 August in Clarence Gardens, NW1. A large crowd was enjoying a BBQ when up to five unknown men arrived and opened fire indiscriminately.
Four people were caught in the crossfire: a 17-year-old girl, two women aged 19 and 73, and a 28-year-old man. One victim has since left hospital. The remaining three are stable and their injuries are not life-threatening.
