Two Charged with Murder After Aylesbury Brawl Leaves Man Dead

Two Men in Custody Over Fatal Fight

Ishmael Shah, 22, and Hamza Mousa, 20, both from Cotterills Lane, Birmingham, have each been charged with murder. The charges follow a violent incident in Lembrook Walk, Aylesbury, on 28 October, which left Mr Shafique fatally injured after reports of a large brawl.

Court Date Set for Friday

Shah and Mousa are due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 13 November. The case is developing as police continue their investigations.

Additional Arrests and Releases

Another Birmingham man was arrested on suspicion of murder on 11 November and remains in police custody after a warrant of further detention was granted. Meanwhile, three other men initially detained in connection with the incident have been released under investigation.
