Bracknell Man Charged with Rape of 15-Year-Old Girl
Diwan Khan, 39, from Abbotsbury, Bracknell, Berkshire, has been charged with rape. He appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court on Saturday 14 September and was remanded to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday 16 October.
Police Act After Disturbing Report
The charge follows a police report made on Tuesday 10 September. Officers were alerted after a 15-year-old girl claimed she had been raped. The attack is believed to have occurred in the Fleet/Farnborough area of Hampshire in July this year.
