Flasher Strikes Three Times on Southampton High Street
A man exposed himself to a woman three times yesterday afternoon on Southampton High Street, near Dolphin House. The shocking incidents happened around 3.15pm on 24 March.
Chase After Flower Seller
Witnesses also reported the flasher chased another man, believed to be a local flower seller. Police are desperate to speak to this man, who may hold vital phone footage of the chase.
Suspect Arrested but Released on Bail
A 25-year-old man with no fixed address was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency. He has since been released on police bail as inquiries continue.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
