Man Stabbed at Oxford Circus – Suspect Held by Public

Drama erupted on Oxford Circus near Regent Street on Thursday evening. Just before 8pm, police rushed to reports of a stabbing.

Victim in Critical Condition as Arrest Follows

Emergency crews, including London’s Air Ambulance, scrambled to the scene. The stabbed man was rushed to a central London hospital where he remains in critical condition.

A 25-year-old suspect was swiftly detained by members of the public before officers arrived. The man suffered a head injury but it’s not believed to be life-threatening. He was taken to a south London hospital for treatment.

Crime Scene Active – Witnesses Urged to Speak Up

Police have sealed off the area as investigations continue. Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw the attack or caught it on camera.
