Who is Soper?
Soper, 34, is wanted after flouting the terms of his release and skipping back to jail. He was first locked up for 36 months in 2019 following a burglary in Humberside.
He’s Black, 6ft tall, and often spotted in Balby, Doncaster. But beware – he’s known to have links across the UK.
