Brighton Drug Haul: Four Men Busted in Crack and Heroin Sting
Police in Brighton have charged four men following a major drug crackdown sparked by worried locals. The suspects face serious charges over the supply of Class A drugs.
Community Concerns Spark Police Action
Residents near Gloucester Road reported rampant drug dealing, pushing the Neighbourhood Policing Team into high gear. Officers increased patrols, engaged with locals, and kept a close eye on suspicious activity.
Arrests Made on Manchester Street
On Wednesday, September 7, cops spotted a man linked to drug supply and quickly moved in. Two men were detained on Manchester Street, searched, and found carrying crack cocaine and a large sum of cash.
A linked property search uncovered a stash of heroin, crack cocaine, and more cash. Initial estimates suggest between 200 and 400 wraps seized, pending forensic confirmation.
Four Charged and Remanded

All four men have been charged with being involved in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin and are now remanded in custody.
