A 22-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Lorraine Cox, 32, who vanished amid troubling circumstances. Christopher Mayer, of no fixed address in Exeter, faces murder charges and is set to appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 12 September.
Others Released on Police Bail
