Bhusal Over Legal Limit by Nearly Double

Bhusal, 31, from Wallis Avenue, Maidstone, got slammed with an 18-month driving ban after failing a breath test on 18 November 2021. He was clocked at 60 microgrammes of alcohol per 100ml of breath—almost double the legal limit of 35.

Fined and Slapped with Charges

The Maidstone Magistrates’ Court handed down his sentence on 21 December 2021. Along with the driving disqualification, Bhusal was fined £537. He must also cough up a £53 surcharge and pay £85 in court costs.

Bhusal pleaded guilty, bringing the case to a swift close.
