Six men have been arrested over a major drug supply ring spanning Tonbridge and beyond, after police uncovered a scheme using mobiles and postcodes to coordinate deliveries.
Police Execute Raids Across Counties
On Friday 10 May 2024, the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate swooped on multiple addresses, including a property in Swindon, Wiltshire. The raids yielded 28 mobile phones, two swords, significant amounts of cocaine, and a haul of cash.
Suspects Charged with Class A Drug Supply
The six suspects, all charged with involvement in supplying Class A drugs, include:
- Cosmin Vlas, 34, London Road, Grays, Essex
- Leutrim Bardhoshi, 24, Ascham Road, Swindon
- Sabre Arnaut, 27, Camden Road, Tunbridge Wells
- Sait Arnaut, 23, Goods Station Road, Tunbridge Wells
- Mehmed Mola, 21, Jackwood Way, Tunbridge Wells
- Georgi Dimitrov, 24, Maidstone Road, north London
Magistrates’ Court Hearing and Ongoing Investigation
All six appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 11 May and were remanded in custody. Their next court date is set for 7 June at Maidstone Crown Court.
Meanwhile, two more suspects – a 30-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman – were also arrested. They remain on bail and must report back to police on 7 August as inquiries continue.
