Stalker and Peeping Tom Locked Up After Targeting Woman in Slough
Two Years Behind Bars and Tough Restrictions
Graham Lees, 46, has been jailed for two years and two months at Reading Crown Court for stalking and voyeurism in Slough. With no fixed address, Lees also faces a 10-year sexual harm prevention order and an indefinite restraining order, issued on Tuesday, 2 December.
How Lees Terrorised His Victim
Over a harrowing three-month period from December 2023 to February 2024, Lees relentlessly stalked a woman in her twenties after she rejected his advances. He bombarded her with calls from multiple unknown numbers, stole her personal belongings, and even planted a secret phone in her bedroom to film her without consent.
Police Praise Victim’s Courage
Lees was first arrested on 18 February 2024 and then re-arrested on 12 July. Detective Constable Laura Bevan commended the victim’s bravery:
“The victim has shown remarkable bravery in coming forward and enduring the lengthy investigation. The crimes committed by the defendant, stalking and voyeurism, were horrendous, causing significant distress and fear. Thanks to the victim’s courage, we were able to bring the offender to justice and ensure that others are protected from similar harm.”
