Teen Arrested as Police Hunt Two More Killers

Police have arrested one teen on suspicion of murder. They believe two other males were involved in the attack. The suspects reportedly arrived at the scene on pedal cycles. Babacar was targeted by three black males, though the motive remains unclear as detectives continue their investigations.

Massive Manhunt Underway

Detective Chief Inspector Scott Griffiths, leading the homicide team, confirmed a large-scale inquiry is underway. “We have a team of officers working solely on this enquiry,” he said. Five additional arrests have been made linked to harbouring the main suspect and trying to help him evade police.

“Let me be really clear. Anyone found to be hindering our investigation by helping murder suspects lie low will be arrested and potentially be jailed.” – DCI Scott Griffiths

Call for Witnesses to Come Forward

Police have seized hours of CCTV footage and are scouring it for clues. They urge anyone who saw suspicious activity near Petitor Crescent on the night of the stabbing to step forward immediately.

“The people responsible do not deserve protection. They have killed a child and we all collectively need to make a stand to show this is not acceptable.” – DCI Scott Griffiths

The community remains shocked and demands justice for young Babacar. Detectives vow to bring the killers to justice and keep the streets safe.
