Meanwhile, two masked individuals were spotted lurking on WHITEHALL" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="Whitehall">Whitehall, apparently surveilling the protesters. They were stopped and searched but released after nothing suspicious was found.
Section 35 Dispersal Order Enforced
A Section 35 Dispersal Order has been authorised in the area until 11pm. This gives police the power to order anyone to leave. Refusal to comply could lead to arrest.
