Three More Men Charged Over PC Andrew Harper’s Death
Three more suspects have been slapped with charges in the investigation into PC Andrew Harper’s tragic death. Chief Crown Prosecutor Jaswant Narwal confirmed the latest arrests.
New Charges: Murder and Quad Bike Theft
Henry Long, 18, along with two unnamed 17-year-olds, have been charged with murder and conspiracy to steal a quad bike. The crime happened on 15 August 2019 in Berkshire. Thomas King, 21, faces charges of conspiracy to steal the quad bike. All of them remain in custody.

Court Dates and Previous Charges
- Henry Long and the two 17-year-olds are due at Reading Magistrates’ Court on 19 September 2019 at 10am.
- Thomas King shares the same court date for conspiracy to steal charges.
- Jed Foster, from Reading, previously appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on 20 August 2019. He has been charged with PC Harper’s murder and theft of the quad bike from the same day.
