Two Men Charged Over Tragic Death of Young Boy at Romford Pub

Two men have been charged following the heartbreaking death of seven-year-old Harvey Tyrrell at a Romford pub back in September 2018.

Elderly Men Face Manslaughter Charges

David Bearman, 71, from Hornchurch, faces manslaughter and abstracting electricity charges.
Colin Naylor, 72, from Rayleigh, has also been charged with manslaughter.

Both men are set to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 11 July.
