Two 15-year-old boys face court after a police officer was stabbed during a dramatic robbery attempt in Westminster.
Serious Charges Laid
The youths, one from Barking and the other from Hampshire, will appear at Highbury Corner Youth Court on Monday, 5 October. The Barking teenager faces multiple charges including grievous bodily harm on a police officer, assaulting an emergency worker, attempted robbery, threatening someone with a blade in public, assault by beating, and criminal damage.

Incident Details
The stabbing happened around 3.42pm on Sunday, 4 October on Chapter Street, SW1. Two officers — one male, one female — confronted the teens after an attempted robbery at a local grocery store.
During the confrontation, the female officer was stabbed in the abdomen and rushed to hospital. Thankfully, she has been discharged.
The suspects were arrested at the scene and remain in custody ahead of their court appearance.
