Police are urgently searching for 51-year-old James Campbell, wanted on recall to prison. The convicted sex offender has had his licence revoked and is now on the run.

Campbell has links across the UK, including plymouth/" title="Plymouth" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Plymouth, Torquay, Bournemouth, North Yorkshire, the south coast of England, and Scotland. Authorities warn he could be anywhere.
What Does He Look Like?
- White male, 5ft 4in, stocky build
- Bald head with greying stubble on sides and back
- Distinctive lazy right eye
- Notable tribal tattoos, especially on his left hand
