Stopped in Whitstable, Potts blew a staggering 67 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath—nearly double the legal limit of 35.
Heavy Penalties Handed Down
On February 1, 2022, Margate Magistrates’ Court sentenced her to an 18-month driving ban and slapped a £500 fine.
She also got hit with an £85 surcharge and £50 in costs.
