Teen Stabbed to Death in Milton Keynes Street Horror

Tragedy struck Milton Keynes yesterday evening when a 17-year-old boy was fatally wounded in a stabbing incident on Tyburn Avenue. Police were called to Springfield at around 6.40pm after reports of an altercation.

Young Victim Dies After Chest Injuries

The teenager was rushed from nearby Kenwood Gate to hospital with serious chest wounds but sadly later died. His grieving family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

16-Year-Old Arrested on Suspicion of Murder

A 16-year-old boy from Milton Keynes has been arrested and is currently in police custody facing a murder investigation. Police have launched a major manhunt and are carrying out house-to-house inquiries in the area, maintaining a strong presence that is expected to continue for several days.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dash-Cam Footage

Deputy Local Area Commander, Chief Inspector Kelly Gardner, said: “First and foremost, our thoughts are with the family and friends of the boy who has lost his life. There will be an increased police presence in the area while enquiries are carried out as part of a thorough investigation. If you have any concerns feel free to approach and talk to these officers.”

Detective Chief Inspector Stuart Blaik added: “We are working to establish the full circumstances around this tragic death. We urge anyone who was in the area between 6.25pm and 6.50pm to come forward. Please check any dash-cam or CCTV footage that might help our investigation.”
