Hampshire Cops Bust £5,600 Cannabis Stash in Fordingbridge Raid

Hampshire officers hit hard in Fordingbridge today (28 August), smashing a drug operation and seizing £5,600 worth of Class B cannabis. The bust came after a carefully planned warrant was executed at 9.15am on Riverside Place.

Drug Den Raided, Phones and Cannabis Confiscated

The search uncovered a cannabis cultivation setup. Alongside the drugs, several mobile phones were also seized, likely linked to the suspected supply network.

Young Dealer Arrested as Police Ramp Up Patrols

A 19-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of possessing Class B drugs with intent to supply. Now, neighbourhood policing teams and PCSOs are out in force, knocking on doors and reassuring the community.

“We rely upon our communities to contact us and tell us when they have concerns over issues which they feel need police consideration. We’re grateful to the local community who continue to provide key information relating to such activity,” said PC Tom Neal, New Forest North district officer.

“Following support from our communities, our officers are working hard to ensure we continue to target those people who persist in committing crime and bringing harm to our communities in this way.”
