A shocking sex offence was reported to Kent Police on 30 June 2023, involving a man exposing himself in a wooded area between Sutton Road and Latter Road.
Teen Encounter Shakes Local Footpath
In mid-June, a teenage girl and boy were walking along a footpath when they came face-to-face with a man who indecently exposed himself. The suspect, described as a muscular man with brown skin, stood around six feet tall and looked between 20 and 40 years old. He was wearing blue jeans at the time.
Police Release Computer-Generated Image
Detective Sergeant Nicola Krucyk of West Kent’s Vulnerability Investigation Team urged the public to help. “We hope this computer-generated image prompts anyone who recognises the man to get in touch,” she said.
“We’re also asking residents and local businesses to check any private CCTV, doorbell camera, or dashcam footage that may help with our enquiries.”
