Tragedy on Princess Road: Cyclist Killed in Early Morning Crash
Police were scrambled just before 2:30am last Saturday after a collision between a car and a cyclist on Manchester’s Princess Road. The cyclist, a man in his 20s, was rushed to hospital but tragically died from his injuries.
Investigation Underway
GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are probing the crash. Police Sergeant Phil Shaw expressed heartfelt sympathy for the victim’s family, saying, “Our thoughts are very much with the man’s family at this devastating time.”
