A 27-year-old man was busted on suspicion of trying to snatch a child at a Surrey address on Saturday, 23 January. He is now in police custody as investigations ramp up.
Disturbing Incident in Northala Fields
Police allege the same man targeted a five-year-old boy on Thursday, 7 January, around 2.30pm in Northala Fields, Northolt. The man reportedly grabbed the young boy and ran a short distance before the boy’s quick-thinking mum chased him down and forced him to release her son unharmed.
Authorities are continuing their inquiries as the community reels from the terrifying episode.
