Raging Fire Brings Massive Emergency Response
The fire brigade was called to the scene at 2:49am. It took nearly two hours to get the blaze under control, with the fire finally contained by 4:28am.
Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters from nearby Mitcham, Tooting, Wimbledon, and Norbury stations battled the inferno through the night.
