A reckless driver blasted through Crayford High Street at 56mph in a 30mph zone just before 3am on Saturday 6 April 2024. The Ford Focus didn’t stop there – it also tore through a red light, putting lives at risk.
Police quickly stopped the man and slapped him with a Traffic Offence Report for driving without due care and attention.

Just earlier that same night at about 2.15am, officers in an unmarked car caught a heavily modified Ford Fiesta trying to race on the A20 near Sidcup.

The Fiesta driver was hauled over and handed a Section 59 warning – if caught causing trouble again within 12 months, his ride will be seized. He also got a Traffic Offence Report for having an illegal exhaust.
