Scott Franklin-Lester has spent 23 years serving the police force, with 18 of those patrolling the streets of Eastbourne. Known for his dedication to protecting the county’s most vulnerable, Scott’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. Earlier in his career, he was a special constable from 1992 to 1999.
