Thieves struck at a Nottingham home along University Boulevard just after 5pm on 9 December 2022. Among the haul was a prized Omega Constellation gold watch, gold cufflinks engraved with initials, athletics medals from 1958 and 1962, and a gold men’s ring set with a diamond valued around £1,000.
Heartbroken Pensioner Desperate to Get Watch Back
PC Charlotte Webster of Nottinghamshire Police revealed the victim is an 83-year-old man deeply upset by the theft. “The watch is the only jewellery he ever bought for himself,” she said. “It’s a rare piece with huge sentimental value.”
