Man Caught Touching Himself on Commercial Road
Police want to speak to this man after a disturbing incident in Portsmouth. At around 2pm on 20 September, a woman spotted him inappropriately touching himself while sitting on a bench on Commercial Road.
Described As Bald, Mixed-Race, 35-40 Years Old
The suspect is said to be mixed-race, between 35 and 40 years old, about 5ft 4ins tall, and bald. On the day, he wore a blue t-shirt, light denim jeans, and white trainers.

Police believe the same man is behind another worrying episode at 4.20pm on the same day. Inside Poundland on Commercial Road, he reportedly made inappropriate comments to a 14-year-old girl.
