Jet Ski Heist Shocks Rochester Residents
Police are hunting crooks after a daring burglary in Rochester saw a jet ski and trailer stolen from a residential garage.
The theft went down around 9.30pm on Tuesday, 1 April, when thieves struck at a garage on Valley View Road. Cops believe the gang used a black flatbed truck to haul away the stolen jet ski under cover of darkness.
CCTV and Dashcam Footage Could Crack Case
Kent Police want the public’s help in tracking down the culprits. Officers are especially desperate to hear from residents with CCTV cameras or drivers with dashcam footage who might have spotted the jet ski being towed away by that black flatbed truck.
“We are urging anyone who may have seen suspicious activity or a black flatbed truck in the area around the time of the burglary to contact us. Any footage, no matter how small, could be vital in identifying those responsible.”
