Chaos erupted in the early hours on Ford Road, Dagenham, after fireworks sparked a house fire. Police were called at 1:16am on Wednesday, 18 February, when witnesses reported fireworks being set off in the street. The situation escalated when a window was smashed and fireworks were thrown inside the property, igniting a fierce blaze.
Three Arrested Over Suspicious Arson Attack
Officers quickly arrested three suspects: a 20-year-old woman and two men aged 18 and 20. They are being held on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life. The trio remain in custody as investigations continue.
