Two Men Shot in Brixton Moped Attack – Police Hunt Gunman
Detectives are on the hunt after two men were injured in a terrifying shooting in Brixton.
Shots Fired from Moving Moped
Police rushed to 1 Road, SW9, at 6.52pm on Friday, 31 July, following reports of gunfire. Witnesses say a suspect on a moped fired several shots towards a pedestrian before speeding off.
Two Victims Hospitalised, No Life-Threatening Injuries
The two victims, aged 20 and 39, turned up at hospital with gunshot wounds. Thankfully, neither is in a life-threatening condition.
No Arrests Yet – Specialist Crime Command Leading Investigation
So far, no suspects have been caught. The Met’s Specialist Crime Command is leading the probe.
