Detectives are hunting thieves who snatched a massive haul of cable from the Chiltern line tracks in Tyseley, West Midlands.

The brazen raid struck at around 2.50am on Friday, August 5, with the culprits believed to have returned to the scene near 9.50am. The theft sparked major delays on services to and from Birmingham, throwing travel plans into disarray—especially for people heading to the Commonwealth Games.
