Woman Assaulted in Bold Bag Snatch Attempt
A woman was attacked in Otterden Close around 10.30pm on Saturday, 16 March 2024, when a man tried to grab her handbag.
Victim Calls for Help, Thief Flees Empty-Handed
The quick-thinking victim raised the alarm, forcing the suspect to flee without the bag. Thankfully, no belongings were stolen.
Suspect Description Released
Police say the man is in his late 20s to early 30s, about 5ft 7ins tall, with a medium build. He was wearing a grey top and light-coloured tracksuit bottoms.
