Drunk Driver Crashes Into Elderly Man’s Lounge in Eastleigh
Car Tears Through House Wall
A 21-year-old driver smashed a silver Ford Fiesta through the wall of a house in Eastleigh just after 4.30am on Friday. The reckless crash ripped through brickwork, plaster, and the front door, landing the car right inside the lounge of a 75-year-old man’s home on the corner of Southampton Road and York Road.
Police Arrest Driver for Drink-Driving
Emergency services rushed to the scene after the driver lost control. The road remains closed off as officers investigate the dramatic scene. The driver was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
