Speed Demon Sparks Multi-Car Nightmare
Police revealed the Ferrari was tearing through Croydon and Addington at high speed. A source said the driver’s antics made a police chase impossible. Witnesses claim he was racing when the hired supercar crashed spectacularly.
Six Vehicles Wrecked, Seven Injured
A Met Police spokeswoman confirmed: “At the scene, a red Ferrari collided with a Toyota, triggering a pileup involving six vehicles, including a lorry.”
Seven people were hurt, with several rushed to hospital by the London Ambulance Service. Thankfully, none of the injuries are life-threatening.
Driver Busted and Under Investigation
The Ferrari driver, a 35-year-old local man, was treated for minor injuries at hospital before being arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. He remains in custody at a Croydon police station as investigations continue.
