Family Pays Heartfelt Tribute After Fatal Chippenham Crash
The family of Justin Edhouse, who died in a tragic collision in Chippenham on Sunday, have paid a touching tribute as police hunt for key witnesses.
Fatal Collision at Busy Junction
The accident happened around 5.20pm at the junction of Gladstone Road and Avenue La Fleche. Justin, 49, from Chippenham, was struck while crossing as a pedestrian and later died from his injuries.
His family described him as a “beloved husband, son, brother and uncle” who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
“Justin was a beloved husband, son, brother and uncle who will be sorely missed by not just his wife, family, friends and colleagues but by everyone who ever knew him.”
They have asked that donations in Justin’s memory be made to 1 Air Ambulance.
Police Urge Red Car Driver to Come Forward
Specialist officers are supporting the grieving family and continuing their investigation. Detectives are appealing for the driver of a red vehicle believed to have been at the scene to get in touch.
The vehicle may have turned left onto Gladstone Street and could be unaware of the incident.
