Fatal Crash in Chatham: Rider Killed on Walderslade Road

kent-police/">Kent Police are on the hunt for witnesses and dashcam footage after a deadly motorbike crash in Chatham.

Tragic Morning Smash

Just after 6.20am on Sunday 19 October, an orange Honda CBR motorbike slammed into a boundary wall near The Ridgeway on Walderslade Road, heading towards Chatham.

The rider, a man in his 40s, died instantly at the scene. Emergency teams from Kent Fire and Rescue and the South East Ambulance Service rushed to the crash but couldn’t save him. His next of kin have been informed.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is digging into what caused the fatal crash. They’re appealing for anyone who saw the motorbike before the collision or witnessed the incident to get in touch immediately.
