Grim Photo Emerges of Woman Who Killed Pensioner, Then Fled Scene

Here’s the first picture of the woman accused of running a red light and hitting a man in his 70s in Chatham, Kent — then speeding off, leaving him for dead.

The elderly local had just spent the evening with mates at a pub when tragedy struck. Despite desperate efforts by emergency services at the scene, he died instantly.

Callous Mum of Three Leaves Victim to Die

The heartless driver, named as Naomie Louise Funge, brutally mowed down the gentleman and fled at speed, abandoning him bleeding on the kerb.

Neighbours were horrified. Police swooped on the block of flats where Funge lives the very next morning.

“She used to have children here, but social services took them away,” a shocked neighbour said. “I really hope she’s punished properly — and even harsher for leaving the scene. How can anyone do that to another human?”

Family’s Disturbing Social Media Reactions

Funge’s sister, Charley Jobson, sparked outrage with chilling social media posts just hours after the fatal crash. She posted “Brooom Broom” alongside a police car pic — a twisted joke about her sibling’s arrest.

Jobson also shared a photo of the pair with the caption “me and you against the world always” before deleting the posts.

Police Crack Case with Vehicle Match

Kent Police confirmed a woman in her 20s from Rochester’s Borstal area is in custody. The vehicle used was recovered thanks to expert crash investigators who fast-tracked tests to link the car to the deadly hit-and-run.

Officers remain tight-lipped but promised further updates as the investigation continues.
