Teen Robbery Spree Rocks North Walsham

Police are hunting for witnesses after a spate of teenage robberies hit North Walsham on Saturday, 11 February 2023.

Victims Threatened and Stolen Goods

Between 4pm and 4.30pm, two teenage boys were confronted by a gang of teens on Station Road. The group threatened them and demanded their belongings. The culprits made off with a black Mercier body warmer and a white Valentino bag.

Meanwhile, a separate incident on Recreation Road saw another teenage boy threatened by a local teen between 4pm and 5pm.

Green Bike Stolen From King Arms Street

Earlier on the same day, at around 1pm, a green Gant bicycle was stolen from King Arms Street, adding to the troubling crime wave.

Four Teens Arrested and Now on Bail

Following these incidents, four teenage boys were arrested and questioned at Aylsham Police Investigation Centre. All have since been released on police bail as inquiries continue.

Officers urge anyone who witnessed these crimes or has Ring doorbell or dashcam footage to step forward.
