Shock in Bristol: Three Children Found Dead at Home
Detectives from the Major Crime Investigation Team (MCIT) have launched a probe after three children were tragically found dead at a house in Bristol.
Early Morning Horror on Blaise Walk
Officers rushed to a welfare concern call at a property on Blaise Walk, Sea Mills, just after 12:40 AM on Sunday, February 18. On arrival, they discovered the three young children who were pronounced dead shortly after.
Woman Held on Suspicion of Murder
A 42-year-old woman was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and is currently in police custody at a hospital.
Neighbourhood Chief Inspector Vicks Hayward-Melen said: “This is an incredibly tragic and heartbreaking incident in which three children have sadly died. My sincere condolences go to the children’s loved ones. We will ensure they get support through our family liaison unit.”
Police Assure Public: No Wider Threat
Authorities have stressed this is an isolated incident with no danger to the wider community. However, officers will remain in the area to reassure local residents and tackle any concerns.
An increased police presence is expected over the coming days, with officers thanking the community for their cooperation during this distressing time.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has been notified due to previous police contact, in line with standard procedures.
