Three Creepy Encounters
Between April and August 2022, reports flooded in of a man approaching teenage girls in Swanley, loaded with lewd comments. Despite a thorough probe and a suspect arrest, no charges followed.
New Image Could Crack the Case
One brave victim stepped forward again, aiding detectives to create a computer-generated image of the man responsible.
PC Kim Townsend of the West Kent Vulnerability Investigation Team said: “We remain determined to track down the man responsible. We hope this image prompts anyone who has experienced similar incidents, or recognises him, to come forward.”
