“Police were called at 9.49pm on Tuesday 22 October due to concerns for the welfare of a person near Kestrel Road, Lordswood. Officers, fire crews, and paramedics attended the scene. The man was passed into the care of health professionals,” a Kent Police spokesperson confirmed.
