A stretch of the A259 near Gayle’s Farm in East Sussex will stay closed overnight after a serious collision late Saturday.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Firefighters from East Sussex Fire and Rescue, Sussex Roads Policing Officers, an air ambulance, and a HART Paramedic team from South East Coast Ambulance Service all responded to the horror crash near the farm entrance towards Seaford.
Complex Investigation Prompts Prolonged Closure
Specialist collision investigators from Sussex Police are on site. Due to the complexity of the crash, the A259 will remain shut until the early hours of Sunday, police confirmed.
