Man Arrested at Luton Airport Over Terrorism Fears
A 24-year-old man was arrested at Luton Airport on Monday, 14 September, as part of a Met Police terrorism probe.
Suspected Links to Proscribed Group
The man, who had just touched down from Turkey, was detained on suspicion of membership of a banned organisation under section 11 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
Released but Under Investigation
He was taken into custody but has since been released pending further inquiries.
