Young Man Fighting for Life After Croydon Stabbing

A man in his 20s remains in a life-threatening condition after a stabbing in Croydon on Tuesday evening.

Stabbed in Croydon: Police Called Around 7.40pm

The victim was attacked on Edridge Road at about 7.40pm, police confirmed. Paramedics rushed him to hospital where he is now fighting for his life.

An air ambulance reportedly landed nearby at Park Hill to assist with the emergency response.

No Arrests Yet as Police Probe the Attack

Croydon Police said:

“Police called by LAS to Edridge Road #Croydon to report of man stabbed around 7.42pm. Victim in 20s taken to hospital – condition life-threatening. No arrests at this stage. Enquiries into circumstances continue.”

Officers are urging anyone with information to come forward. Witnesses can call 101 quoting reference CAD 7022/16Jun.
