Victim Found at Scene with Fatal Injuries

Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 9.26pm on Monday, 8 April following reports of a male assaulted on Church Road, E12. Officers and paramedics rushed to the scene where they found the young man suffering from both gunshot and knife wounds. Despite desperate efforts by medics, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Next of kin have been informed, but formal identification is yet to be confirmed. A post-mortem is due to take place in the coming days.

Police Hunt Three Men After Brutal Attack

Detective Inspector Alison Cole, leading the investigation, revealed the victim was approached by three males who inflicted the fatal injuries before making off towards Browning Road.

“Some people have already spoken to officers and I’m grateful for their help, but we are still missing key pieces of the puzzle,” DI Cole said. “If you were nearby and saw or heard anything, or spotted a suspicious vehicle, please get in touch immediately.”
