Police Hunt Bikers After Woman Sexually Assaulted on Bridleway
Police have launched a desperate appeal after a young woman was sexually assaulted while walking alone along a quiet bridleway.
Attack on Littlewood Lane
The victim, a woman in her twenties, says two men on bicycles touched her inappropriately as they sped past. The shocking incident happened shortly after 3.30pm on Sunday, September 10, on Littlewood Lane. The suspects were heading towards Mansfield Woodhouse at the time.
CCTV Snapshots Released
Nottinghamshire Police have now released CCTV images of two men they want to speak to about the assault. Officers are urging the men to come forward and help with the investigation.
“This was an upsetting experience for the victim who was alone at the time of the incident,” said PC Richard Cutt. “This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, and I am determined to apprehend those responsible.”
