Thieves Swipe Boiler and Copper from Swan Lane Building Site

Burglars struck a home under construction on Swan Lane, making off with a boiler, worktops, and copper piping.

Break-in Happened Over the Weekend

The theft took place between 5pm on Friday, January 8, and 7am on Monday, January 11, 2021. The culprits targeted the unfinished property in broad daylight hours and the early morning.

Detectives Hunt Multiple Suspects

Detective Darren Brough from Folkestone CID appealed for witnesses. He said, “It is unlikely that these materials were carried from the site by one person, so we are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen people acting suspiciously, or vehicles loitering in the area over the weekend.”
