Bookie Attack Horror: Man, 50s, Assaulted by Gang on High Street
On the evening of March 17, chaos erupted outside a High Street bookmaker. A man in his 50s was approached by a gang of youths demanding money. Feeling threatened, he handed over cash—only to be violently attacked moments later.
Man Punched and Kicked Amidst Brutal Mugging
The victim was punched, knocked to the ground, and kicked. He suffered cuts and bruises in the shocking assault. Witnesses say the suspects included around 12 young men, plus a young woman with a child.
Police Launch Investigation, Appeal for Dashcam Footage
PC Ben Johnson of North Kent CID said: “An investigation is underway, and we urge anyone with information to come forward.”
He added: “Drivers with dashcams and residents with CCTV should check their footage for any clues.”
