Hit-and-Run Shocker in Rodwell Avenue
A parked Audi A3 took a hit on Sunday night, November 29, 2020, around 8.30pm in Rodwell Avenue. The driver of another vehicle smashed into the Audi’s side, leaving scratches and a damaged wing mirror — then fled the scene without a word.
Suspect Vehicle on the Run
The getaway car sped off towards Rodwell Road and is believed to be a dark grey model, similar to a Vauxhall Zafira or a Ford C-Max. Police suspect it also suffered damage, possibly to its offside wing mirror.
Police Launch Hunt for Witnesses
“We are carrying out an investigation into this incident,” said PC Simon Rogers of Dorset Police. “I’m urging anyone who saw what happened or has dashcam footage to come forward.”
